Wouter Hensens has been sharing his knowledge since 2005 on Traininglibrary with enthusiasts and training professionals. He brings to the table a background in training, teaching and consulting and has been developing associates in various countries outside his home country the Netherlands. Currently he is working in the Middle East providing advice and training solutions to a wide range of organizations and institutions. Over the last years he has been involved in training projects for Banks, Hospitals, Hotels, Training Institutes, and Governmental Organizations.

 

 

Mr. Wobornik has been a real asset to Traininglibrary since the early days of founding. Hans is a specialist in training and has learned his trade and gained his knowledge in various countries starting from Germany all the way to the vast areas of the Himalayas and the surrounding countries.

Hans has submitted various programs reaching from his wealth of knowledge in training to customer service. He is a recognized specialist in his field which reflects in the quality of his trainings.

Hans has been a member of Traininglibrary since early days and supports the community actively with his consultancy in our discussion forum.

A graduate from the Pedagogical University in Russia and also having emphasised her studies in hospitality and tourism management, Aliona Saveljeva has  an extensive experience in the business training field.

Working for many years in hotels all around the world in countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Italy, Germany, Egypt, Australia, she gained a great experience in standards of service, business processes, cultural differences and applying the science of training to teams of various countries and cultural backgrounds

For the past 5 years Elena has been sharing her experience with Business trainers on a global scale.

One of her key skills is the transformation of scientific study into practical and user friendly training material that can be understood by a multi cultural audience.

Having worked for a number of years in IT Software Technology for various industries such as tourism, Anne a native German, has shared her expertise in countries such as Germany, USA, UK and now China. Her work in training and developing people is always very detailed and greatly in depth, which also reflects in the quality of her trainings. Every project and training Anne handles requires a different innovative approach that makes her trainings interesting and provides a lasting impression. Anne has joined the Traininglibrary community at the end of 2005 and is supporting the community since with her fusion of technical and customer focused training.

Hospitality and tourism applications are some of the key areas in Felix repertoire. After his study in Oxford / England, Felix moved to various hospitality related assignments for companies varying from the great Ocean liners of Cunard to the unique hospitality of the Leading Hotels of the World.

Felix key trainings are focused strongly on the Hotel, Restaurant and Retail site of business lecturing. He has made a wide selection of his trainings available to the public over the past years and continuously submits trainings to Traininglibrary.
